Man Killed by Big Rig on 110 Freeway Identified
A man who was hit by a big rig and killed on the northbound Harbor (110) Freeway in the South Los Angeles area was identified Thursday.
The Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner’s office identified Johnny Martinez, 43, as the victim in the crash. His city of residency was not immediately known.
Martinez was fatally injured at about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday near the Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Three northbound freeway lanes were closed while an investigation was conducted.
