Tomas (Tom) Ross is a Trial Lawyer who believes in justice at any cost. He grew up in the small farming town of Chowchilla, California. With hard work, determination, and some good luck, he became the first person in his entire family to attend college and become a lawyer.
After law school, Tom spent the first 15 years of his legal career working for large auto insurance companies that spent as many resources as it took to minimize the recovery of injured victims. He had tremendous success in the insurance defense industry winning awards, taking cases to trial and climbing the corporate ladder and eventually managed a team of 15 trial lawyers. He gave everything he had, but received very little in return. Eventually, it became clear that he was not fulfilling his calling.
Now, Tom represents injured victims and is dedicated to giving everything to maximize his clients’ recovery and restore their lives. He understands how insurance companies think and work and he will use his unique experience and knowledge to help you.
Tom is dedicated to his craft. He has handled of catastrophic injury lawsuits, conducted thousands of depositions, settled thousands of cases and has earned jury trial verdicts in San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, Kern, Tulare, Fresno and Merced counties.
In 2024, Tom was admitted to The American Aboard of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Membership is granted to distinguished trial lawyers who are dedicated to fighting for justice and preserving the 7th Amendment Constitutional right to resolve disputes by a jury trial of peers. ABOTA membership is the highest honor bestowed upon select trial lawyers.
